Hi Catherine, Thank you for taking the time to email your concern to us, and for years of being a loyal customer. We are always grateful to hear from our customers, as the input we receive from our customers is extremely valuable to us.

We are sad that to learn that you are disappointed with some of the pricing in our store. We take great pride in continually offering top-quality secondhand merchandise all at great bargain prices. We put only the best merchandise out on the retail floor for our customers, and we work very hard at pricing all of our items very carefully.

Every item in each one of our stores is carefully evaluated during the pricing process. Sometimes, due to the unique nature of our business, we price items too low. Sometimes we price them too high.
